I'm passionate about solving complex problems through good design. I'm obsessed about turning around products with design and creating impact

Right now, I'm working on bringing true value of design to the world through infinative. After hours, I work on learning about the latest technological trends, the world of business and love trying out new no-code-low-code solutions.

I've previously built a product company called farmrevv and scaled it to a 1M$ ARR.

Outside work, you'll find me training my dog, rekindling my carnatic music skills, training at the gym, photographing nature's best and indulging in various types of food. I also spend time writing about my perspective on design, product, technology, org culture and productivity

Philosophy

The goal of good design is to create an experience that puts users first, always.

This means considering the usability, utility, and aesthetics of the product, and also going beyond that to create something that users will find meaningful and memorable. By delivering more than what is expected, we can create products that users will love and appreciate.

Empathy is a true superpower

By taking the time to put myself in the shoes of my users, I can better understand their needs and wants, and design accordingly. This not only results in a better user experience, but also makes me a more effective designer. By taking the time to ask questions and understand the answers, I can make informed decisions that will benefit my users.

Less is More, always

In order to be more creative, it’s often helpful to reduce the amount of stimuli you are taking in. This can be done by simplifying your environment, or by limiting the number of options you are considering.

When you have fewer things to distract you, it becomes easier to focus on the task at hand, and this can lead to more creative solutions. In fact, many great thinkers have advocated for simplicity as a way of promoting creativity.

Iterate, Iterate, Iterate

Design, by its very nature, is iterative. It is a process of exploring different possibilities until you find the best solution. This can be difficult to do if you are too attached to your designs, but it is essential for creating good design. Once you are aware of it, you can work on overcoming any resistance you may have to iteration and improve your overall design output.
